There is no mosque officially named "Levenshulme Mosque." The principal mosque serving the Levenshulme area of south Manchester (postcode M19) is Madina Masjid, also known as Madina Masjid & Levenshulme Islamic Centre, at 2 Barlow Road, M19 3DJ. It is run by the UK Islamic Mission (UKIM) and appears in UKIM's official branch directory as its "Manchester South" branch.
According to the mosque's own website, the organisation was established in the late 1980s. It serves as a place for the five daily prayers, Friday (Jummah), Eid and Taraweeh prayers, and also operates as a community centre for the local Muslim community.
