Why does Muslim Pro differ from my UK mosque timetable?

Muslim Pro (and similar apps) use a calculation method you pick in settings — often MWL, ISNA or Karachi. UK mosques pick a local convention. In London that is usually the London Unified Prayer Timetable. Elsewhere it is often MWL, but iqamah is still set by the mosque and may be later than the prayer start time the app shows.

An app time is a start-of-window estimate. A mosque timetable may show both prayer starts and congregation times. Match the column before comparing them.
If Fajr or Isha is an hour different in June in London, the app is probably on a fixed angle while the mosque is on London Unified. Switch the app method or follow the mosque.
This site defaults London to LUPT and other UK cities to MWL, discloses high-latitude adjustments, and only publishes Jummah when we have the mosque’s own timetable URL.
