About Stirling Mosque

The Central Scotland Islamic Centre, also known as Stirling Mosque, was established in 1992 in a former DSS building on Burghmuir Road. In 1993/94, extensive renovations funded by donations from local Muslims created the main prayer hall, wudu area, kitchen, library and community hall. It is the main mosque serving the Muslim community of Stirling and the wider Forth Valley, offering five daily prayers, Jummah, Islamic education and community support. It is a registered Scottish charity (OSCR SC053063), operating as a SCIO under the name Stirling Islamic Centre.
