About Jamia Masjid (Nuneaton)

The Nuneaton Muslim Society (registered charity no. 514390) has served the Muslim community of Nuneaton and Bedworth since 1959, making it the town's longest-established mosque, and was formally registered as a charity in 1983. Based at The Mosque on Frank Street (CV11 5RB), it follows the Sunni Deobandi tradition and is led by the local Gujarati community. Alongside daily and Friday congregational prayers it runs madrasah (Islamic education) classes and Arabic teaching, and the management engages in interfaith dialogue and community work with local authorities and other faith organisations.
