About Bristol Jamia Mosque (Easton)
Bristol Jamia Mosque in Easton is one of Bristol's most established mosques, serving a large and diverse Muslim community in the Easton and St George areas of the city since 1968.
Easton is home to one of Bristol's oldest and most diverse Muslim communities, with roots across South Asia, East Africa and the Middle East. The mosque serves as a central hub for worship, education and community activities, hosting the five daily prayers, Jumu'ah, Eid congregations and taraweeh throughout Ramadan.
The mosque runs an Islamic school and madrasah for children, offering Quranic studies, Islamic education and Arabic classes throughout the week.
