In the 1990s the main prayer hall was built and the wudu area expanded, and in 2005 the prayer hall was extended again to the boundary wall. Work on a double-storey side hall for community events such as Ramadan iftars began in 2017. The mosque's recent updates include a resurfaced car park and a full electrical rewiring.
