## About Exeter Muslim Society

The University of Exeter Islamic Society (ISOC) is the registered student group for Muslim students at the university, affiliated with the Students' Guild and the Federation of Student Islamic Societies (FOSIS). It facilitates daily prayers and maintains the on-campus ISOC prayer rooms, alongside weekly halaqas, guest speakers, and social, sports and charity events such as Charity Week. The society was named the Students' Guild 'Student Group of the Year' and FOSIS South 'Most Outstanding Islamic Society' for 2012/13. Dedicated brothers' and sisters' prayer rooms are provided on Streatham Campus (upstairs in Staff House, near the Sarah Turvill Multifaith Centre), available to both students and staff.
